The Veteran's Emphasis Program Manager provides assistance to veterans in understanding their rights and options regarding Federal employment and related issues. The VET Guide is a comprehensive guide from the Office of Personnel Management that explains the special rights and privileges that veterans enjoy in Federal civil service employment. The Department of Veteran's Affairs (VA) site is dedicated to breaking news pertaining to veterans. An extensive list of links dedicated to veteran's issues and organizations, including The Center for Military History, Disabled American Veterans, the American Legion, PIW/MIA's, the VA Center for Women Veterans, the Veterans of Foreign Wars, and many more.
